Every candidate is vetted to the same standard regardless of market: full background verification, employment history review, right-to-work confirmation for the relevant country, and direct reference calls with previous principals. Most of our chefs are Michelin-trained, and all have strong fine-dining backgrounds.

Salaries vary significantly by market. In the United States, full-time private chefs typically earn $130,000 to $300,000 or more. In the United Kingdom, £100,000 to £230,000 or more via PAYE. In France, €55,000 to €200,000 or more. In Monaco, €120,000 to €250,000 or more. In Switzerland, CHF 140,000 to 300,000 or more, and in Dubai, AED 13,000 to 51,000 or more per month (tax-free). We deliver a curated shortlist of vetted candidates within 10 working days of your consultation, in any of our markets. Full placement, including interviews, a paid trial day in your home, and final selection, typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes. For cross-border placements we advise on right-to-work requirements, support work permit logistics, and coordinate the chef's relocation and first weeks in the household, including local supplier introductions.
